I bought this car end of October. I posted a review and for some reason it's not appeared. So annoying as these guys are amazing. I went to IS Autos after looking for a small car to potter about in, their web site was clear, does what it says on the tin descriptions and really good reviews. I went to look at a Clio but spotted a few others I liked. Going inside I received a very friendly welcome from Sher. He was so helpful going out of his way to organise a test drive there and then for me. I purchased the car as soon as I got back to the garage. Sher said the car would be ready the following week and we would sort out all the paperwork then. The following Saturday there it was outside and true to his word everything was ready to sign and complete. His son arrived while I was there and what a lovely chap he is too. I can't express enough what a pleasure it was to do business with this family garage. I would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future. I also apologise to them for googles unwillingness to post my review earlier.

I knew as soon as I walked into I.S. Motors that this was going to be a different league of car buying experience.You see there were returning customers in the office purchasing a car - their second in six months - this time for their daughter. Stuart and Sher have made the seemingly impossible possible i.e. selling good quality cars at affordable prices whilst at the same time offering top notch and courteous service - believe me it's a surprisingly rare combo in the used car world. But it's always the small details that make the difference. My car developed a small but irritating fault. Stuart was more than happy to have a look at the problem and book it in for a repair. Larger dealers take note here - this is how to do customer service - I was offered a courtesy car, kept in touch with via WhatsApp during the process and when I collected the car it was fixed and they had even washed it! I just want to pass on my sincere thanks for not only making the car buying experience pain free but also sorting out the small problem with the car in a timely and professional way. I can't recommend you highly enough👍
